RCS Innovation Studio is a two-year pilot project which facilitates new opportunities for knowledge exchange at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Through a series of workshops, panels, online discussions, and interdisciplinary collaborations and seed funds, Innovation Studio supports creative experimentation, skills development and collaboration. The project hopes to generate new practices and pave the way for a future Centre for Innovation at the Conservatoire.

Led by Innovators in Residence, Leonie Rae Gasson and Lora Krasteva, the mini residency at Cove Park will address a need amongst Innovation Studio staff for space and time for connections, research, and peer exchange. The residency format will create distance between the day-to-day work of staff and their longer-term interests. As such, this mini residency is intended to nurture and support the innovative work that goes on at RCS by providing time, space, and opportunities for collaboration.

Participants include Emily Doolittle, Marie Fielding, Leonie Rae Gasson, Laura González, Jo Kalinowska, Lora Krasteva, Jesse PaulJ. Simon van der Walt, Rūta Vitkauskaitė, and Bethany Whiteside.
