As we look towards our 25th anniversary in 2025, we wish to appoint new Trustees committed to supporting Cove Park’s mission, building a sustainable and nurturing environment to provide creative and professional development residencies within the international cultural landscape.
We seek individuals who can bring knowledge, experience, and expertise to the Board in the following areas:
- Artistic practice
- EDI and anti-racism work
- HR and team development
- Cultural management and international networks
- Fundraising and organisational development
- Environmental concerns & sustainability
- Business development

All applications will be acknowledged by Friday 2 June 2023 and interviews will be held via zoom or in person during the week of Monday 5 June 2023. The first Board Meeting our new Trustees will be invited to attend will be on 31 August 2023.
