Tanya McLaughlin is an Edinburgh-based independent producer working across theatre, dance, circus and performance. Her practice focuses on supporting artists to develop ambitious new work, creating the partnerships, resources and space that allow ideas to evolve from early exploration through to production and presentation. She is particularly interested in collaborative processes and in supporting work that crosses artforms, takes creative risks and finds meaningful connections with audiences.

Tanya currently produces a portfolio of independent artists and projects across Scotland. Recent work includes *Arcana* and *The Raft of the Crab*, both selected for the 2026 Made in Scotland Showcase at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, alongside *I Am Not My Hair*, *Toast with lots of butter* and *Chadults!*. Tanya is the producer of Dan Brown’s *Don’t Look, Spaceman*, an ambitious new performance project currently in development, bringing together movement, design and storytelling. She is supporting the project through its development towards its first performances in early 2027. Alongside her producing practice, Tanya is a primary school teacher.
