Anchored In is an innovation consultancy working with universities, researchers, businesses and public organisations to transform cutting-edge ideas into real-world impact through creativity, collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking.

Our work spans the full innovation journey, from shaping research strategy and securing major funding to designing programmes that develop the people behind the innovation. We create immersive learning experiences, innovation accelerators and collaborative workshops that help researchers and entrepreneurs communicate complex ideas, build partnerships, explore opportunities and navigate uncertainty. Design thinking, systems thinking and creative facilitation are central to our approach, enabling diverse groups to tackle complex challenges together.

While much of our recent work has focused on quantum technologies and other deep-tech sectors, our interest extends beyond technological advancement to the human processes that make innovation possible. We are fascinated by how curiosity, creativity and different ways of seeing the world influence scientific discovery, leadership and collaboration.

We see Cove Park as an opportunity to step away from the pace of delivery and explore how artistic practice can inspire new approaches to innovation.
