Ellie Griffiths is the Artistic Director and Co-CEO of Oily Cart, a pioneering UK theatre company specialising in sensory performances for babies, toddlers and children with multiple and complex barriers to access. In 2021 Ellie was awarded the Assitej International award for Artistic Excellence in the field of theatre for young audiences. In 2017 she undertook a Winston Churchill Research Fellowship to gain a global perspective on sensory performance practice. Her sensory performance work has toured extensively nationally and internationally.
