Meg Russon is an actor, writer and composer from Somerset, based in London. She is currently developing an a cappella folk musical exploring the experience of growing up queer in rural spaces. This work has been described as ‘recall[ing] the work of artists such as Hildur Guðnadóttir, whilst the a cappella close harmonies have resonances of Imogen Heap with the yearning of PJ Harvey’.

Meg studied BA Drama and English Literature at the University of Birmingham, and MA Music Theatre at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
