Katie Hodgetts FRSA, named the Conduit’s Young Climate Innovator (2023) and a Global Youth Awards Finalist for empowering young people (2018) has extensive experience in how to drive internal and external change. She has coordinated teams of youth and physically mobilised over 80,000 people for climate action during her roles as UK Youth Climate Coalition Coordinator and co-founder of Bristol Youth Strike 4 Climate. She founded the Resilience Project age 24 after seeing little psychological and inner-led support on offer for young people in navigating burnout and climate anxiety. Her organisation resources young people with transformational skills required to navigate the challenges of a changing world. Recognised for her work in Mental Health and Climate, she has spoken on international stages and sits on IKEA’s Young Global Leaders Board. She has been invited to share about her work to audiences from Heads of State to crowds of 30,000. You can find her at home in the Scottish Highlands, delighting in hill-walking and wild-swimming.

At Cove Park, she will work on writing her first book about Climate Mental Health.
