Her work supports local and international artists in developing groundbreaking projects that resonate with Jersey’s community while reaching audiences far beyond the Island’s shores.
Known for her strategic leadership and passion for creative development, Robyn excels in balancing artistic vision with agile frameworks that encourage collaboration, creative freedom, and meaningful engagement. Her practice bridges artistic ambition and audience experience, crafting encounters that inspire connection and dialogue.
Robyn’s work is rooted in process, driven by a belief in the power of the arts to transform communities and create lasting change. Supporting artists in their creative journeys brings her joy, where she cultivates agency, inquiry, and exchange. As a leader, she takes a person-centred approach, leading with care, equity, and collaboration at the heart.
Before returning to Jersey, where she was born and raised, Robyn was Senior Producer at Sadler’s Wells in London, where she produced artist-led projects that expanded choreographic boundaries, led the Lilian Baylis Studio programme, and co-created the Artist Development Programme. Robyn is a Trustee of Dance Art Foundation, an artist-led charity working at the intersections of dance, visual art, and social engagement.
