Edward Gwyn Jones is an artist based in Glasgow, working primarily with moving image. His work appropriates artefacts such as archival printed matter; historicised objects or images; and pop-cultural audio-visual material. In 2021, Edward graduated with an MFA from Glasgow School of Art and his work Genesis (What Can’t Light See?) was awarded the Ivan Juritz Prize for Visual Art from King’s College London and the GSA Postgraduate Chair’s medal for Fine Art. He has recently shown work at Embassy Gallery, Edinburgh and The Pipe Factory, Glasgow.

Edward’s new work Twisted Pair was written at Cove Park in 2021. He will return to Cove Park in 2022 to continue this body of research and work on a new script.
