Saturday 28th March 13.30 – 16.00 at Cove Park

Textile – Free Style with Hrafnhildur Halldórsdóttir

In this workshop we will use threads, cords and textiles to make sculpural objects. We will start by exporing the site for natural elements like stones and sticks to use as the base for our object, and then we will use various techniques like weaving and knotting and painting directly onto the textile to create a sculptural object. This can be a wall-hanging or a small standing object.

Drinks and fruit will be provided for snacks

This free workshop is open to all young people in primary school. We are able to help with transport if required.
