Lyndsey is working on a new project which centres around a collaboration between a group of theatre makers and an epidemiologist. Having worked on Stephen Emmott’s performance lecture about population growth, Ten Billion, at the Royal Court Theatre last year, she is now exploring the ways in which theatre artists might work with scientists in order to communicate the big ideas which affect the future of life on this planet.
Lyndsey Turner’s theatre credits include: Chimerica (Almeida and West End), Candide (RSC), Posh (Royal Court and West End), Our Private Life, A Miracle and Contractions (Royal Court); Philadelphia, Here I Come! (Donmar Warehouse); Edgar and Annabel and There is a War (National Theatre); Joseph K and Nocturnal (Gate Theatre) and My Romantic History (Traverse, Bush and Sheffield Theatres). She is Associate Director at Sheffield Theatres where her work includes Alice and The Way of the World.
