Noura Alserkal (b. 1990) is an interdisciplinary artist whose practice excavates the relationship between the visible and the invisible. Working across sculpture, installation, jewellery, textiles, and archival research, she explores family history and inherited narratives through archival research and re-engineered histories, uncovering overlooked and often taboo stories. She counters expected materiality with an interrogation of the immaterial, questioning how meaning is carried through materials, processes, and acts of making. Alserkal graduated from the Royal College of Art, London, with an MA in Jewellery and Metal (2019). She is the recipient of the Emirati Futurism Award for Jewellery, the ADMAF Design Fund supported by L’ÉCOLE Middle East, the RCA Swarovski Design Award, and the Theo Fennell Special Mention Award. Recent exhibitions include *House of Art Exhibition*, London (2025); *Azeema Exhibition*, Riyadh (2022); *Sikka Art Fair*, Dubai (2022); and *Al Hosn Festival*, Abu Dhabi (2021). She was part of the Salama bint Hamdan Emerging Artists Fellowship, Cohort 10. Alserkal is the founder of TURABI and has been a Savoir-Faire lecturer at L’ÉCOLE Middle East since 2024.
