Bobbi Cameron is an interdisciplinary artist based on the Isle of Seil, Scotland. Cameron works with devotional spiritual practice as a creative methodology through moving image, sound and performance.

Her debut 16mm film ‘for the first words of a dreamworld’ was commissioned for Glasgow International Festival 2024 as part of a duo presentation with Owain Train McGilvary. It has since been selected for solo screening presentations with LUX Scotland (2025), Mount Stuart House (2024), was part of the official selection for Alchemy Film and Arts Festival (2025), BFI London Short Film Festival (2026), received an honourable mention from LA Underground Film Forum (2026) and is a finalist for the Fluxus Museum Prize for Experimental Video, Paros, Greece (2026).

Cameron is currently working on a new body of work; a Hebridean island exploration of devotion as a lived, speculative, and embodied practice. For this she has been awarded the Stephen Palmer Travel Bursary 2026 and Cove Park’s Creative Residencies for Carers 2026.

Cameron holds an MFA from the Glasgow School of Art. In 2025 she attended Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Maine. In 2027/8 she will attend the International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP), New York City.
