Anna Chapman Parker is an artist, writer and teacher whose work explores relationships between drawing, writing, body and place. Past exhibitions or commissions include projects for Edinburgh Art Festival, The University of Glasgow, Cample Line and Commonroom.co. She has taught drawing at The Royal College of Art, The Futures Institute and in weedy carparks. As a writer, her work has appeared in journals from MAP and Happy Hypocrite to Resurgence & The Ecologist, and her first book, Understorey, was published by Duckworth in 2024. Anna studied at The University of Edinburgh and The University of Arts, London. She lives in Northumberland.
