Andrea Ferran is a writer-director working in film and theatre. Her filmmaking has been supported by NI Screen, Screen Ireland, BFI, BBC and Channel 4, among others. She was awarded the National Theatre Leverhulme Directors’ Bursary and has been an associate artist at ENO, resident director at National Theatre Studio, and guest artist at Deutsches Theater. She received her MFA from Columbia University School of the Arts with Shubert and Leventis Scholarships.

At Cove Park, Andrea is working on a TV pilot script, ‘Lullaby’, an Irish feminist Western set in 19th-century Donegal.
