Kate Russell is an Australian filmmaker and video artist currently based in rural South Gippsland working across video projection, theatre and film installations.
Her practice is to film and record landscapes, wilderness and seascapes in Australia and abroad. This has now extended to filming projections for community art projects and working with (It’s no) drama an inclusive physical theatre ensemble. Recent projects and group exhibitions include.
