Nancy Hart

Nancy Hart is a Professor of Art at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She earned her BFA degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and her MFA degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art. As an active, practicing artist, Nancy has had her work exhibited in over 190 exhibitions, including 106 international exhibitions and twenty-two solo exhibitions. The exhibited work has included drawings, paintings, collages, and artist books. Her work has been published in forty-one catalogues. She was the recipient of a Fulbright Hays Fellowship to Bulgaria. Nancy has also received grants to travel and study in Ireland, Italy, Sweden, France, and the UK. She has participated in eighteen international artist residency programs.
