Paula Guersenzvaig is an Argentinean-Spanish artist and artistic researcher. Her academic background comprises music, math sciences, coding, sound engineering and electronic arts. Her research focuses on the relationships and interactions that occur on the edges of perception, sound and hearing, visual information, meaning and social acoustics. Paula’s work has been presented nationally and internationally in art centres, museums, art galleries and during residencies.
Since 2015 she has been academic coordinator and lecturer on the Masters in Electronic Arts at the National University “Tres de Febrero” UNTREF in Argentina. She also currently lectures on a new postgraduate course in Specialization in Sonic Art (UNTREF). Paula is a member of various artistic research groups, including Geopoéticas subalternas, HICCUP, and ESPACIO 404.
